1) Yes, it is legit and trustworthy as it is the website of our TD Puretime. Don't buy from any similar URL, they are scam websites.
2) It depends on the courier and where you are. DHL is faster than EMS is faster than Registered Mail with other couriers in between. However location can play a part in which couriers are available as some are sensitive to shipments from China so take the advice of the TD. Some locations take longer to receive based on how their post offices handle packages. And also, it depends on the time of year (everywhere the post office is backed up).
3) Charged extra fees, yes, when using Credit Cards but this is a charge from the credit card processor used by Puretime (or any TD for that matter) and they have no control over how much is charged. You can inquire about the amount but like I said they have no control.
