Default Greetings from the Pennsylvania snowy tundra.

    Man, is it cold here!

Hello everyone. so glad I found this site! I like this forum so much that I went VIP tonight!

My search for replicas began just recently. Always had a thing for watches and befriended a Doctor at work who has the ultimate collection. He will always wear them into the hospital and show me his latest acquisition. Rolex, IWC, Omegas, Mont Blanc, etc. He just bought a watch from MB&F that is modeled after a Lamborghini. Craziest thing I ever seen and I would never buy it its pretty cool.

Anyway, I bumped into a Breitling while surfing that has me utterly smitten. https://www.amazon.com/Breitling-Nav...6-4c18a8348879

Eight grand and I was actually working to drum up the money! Then I thought... whoa, this is crazy! I could do so much more with $8000 and I wonder if there is a copy of something like this. Didnt realize that these replicas actually existed prior to doing some research. I have since registered here and at RWG and have been reading voraciously. The trusted dealers listings are a godsend! So far I have ordered from Silex (2 Watches) and Perfect Clones (1 watch). I chose these dealers because of the Paypal option.

    Now the waiting game.

Yes Sir! He was a very nice guy as well.

I was a big fan of Rolex. My lifelong dream was to own a SS Daytona. (From seeing pics only.) The Doc I mentioned above ordered a Daytona and it took him quite awhile to get it. Then he finally brought it in to work and I couldn't believe how small it was. I have a big wrist and this watch would look silly on me. I need 45mm minimum.

Have you considered Panerai reps. A 44 mm or 47 mm PAM would be prefect for your wrist.

Googled... Oh, so thats what everyone is referring to here when they post about a PAM? Thanks but that look is just not my bag.

I am totally into Breitling watches. Recently... My band was playing the local casino and a guy's watch caught my eye from quite a distance. Blue dial with silver chronographs. Went up to talk to him and it was a Breitling. Now... I'm thinking it was a rep. I thought after googling later that this guy didnt look like he would buy a $6000 watch. I am not being judgemental, just a vibe.

Damn! I cant get the screw pins out of the band!

I usually resize my own watches but this isnt working out. I take the top tiny screw out but the rest of the pins wont budge out of the band. Should I take it to the local jeweler for resizing? Will they figure out it's a Rep and tell me to get lost?

Took it to the local jeweler and they resized it for me. Didn't say a word about it being a rep. whew... I am going to do the oil soak thing for now on.

The watches ordered thru Silex fell through. They lost their Paypal account during the transaction and the monies never went to them and were refunded. Silex is kind of a PIA to order from anyway. Watches are said to be in stock on their website and I would order them only to get the email saying they were out of stock. WTH? Michelle has awesome communication but this is a real pain.

Great to hear you got your first rep and was able to re size the bracelet.

Hopefully you are thawing out from the cold blast of air in Pennsylvania.
