Purchased first Rep through Puretime - My experience for those who care
Hello geeks, I wanted to let everyone know that I just received my first rep. I decided to go with the Noob V7 D Blue a2836 after reading through several forums and reviews. As a new member of the rep world I wanted to share my story for those who are weary of making the dive.
I purchased the watch on 1/5/18 and by 1/8 I received QC pics. After asking a couple questions (to Jennifer) I got the necessary response and decided to move forward. I paid for the more expensive shipping option because I wanted to track the shipment. On 1/10 I got notice that my watch was on its way. It took me a bit to understand where to find my tracking info and which website showed the data. On 1/11 the watch shipped to the US, and after reading over and over that you have to REMAIN PATIENT with dealers in China, I had no issue with no new update from the shipper for 2 weeks. Then finally this week I got notice that my watch was at the US sorting center, my excitement grew.
Today at work I got a text message that my watch was delivered and my wife took some pictures to send. Got home and now I have a bad ass new Rep from Puretime. I was pleased with my overall experience and would use them again.
I wanted to thank this community for all the info you've put together over the years and now I can't wait to buy my next one!

Glad to hear you had a positive experience with Puretime. They are truly one of two best reps out there. I have ordered from four reps so far. Puretime and Trustytime rock the house and truly understand the concept of customer service. The other two are god awful and take forever and a day to just get the watch. Then they take forever to ship it to you. Lots of excuses.
I will be posting my experience with the four of them if and when, I ever get my watch from the two bad ones. So far I've waiting almost 60 days from the two of them and i still don't have my watch.

Is odd, I send an email to PureTime and had no response for an order. Decided to go with another TD who replied.

They recently had to change all of their email and web site addresses due to a law enforcement crackdown. I bet you probably sent it to their old address. I have never had Puretime not respond to an email.

I don't think so.. I checked the latest threads, this was the email I sent to Sales@puretimemail.com. Is it wrong?

I had the same experience. Sent an email no response, seems like maybe they are super busy or overwhelmed right now.

congrats on the first purchased. me too am waiting for my first rep. I'm getting that thru trusty time and will post review once i got the watch.
