Hope to learn a lot here.

Currently looking for a TD within Europe to buy my first rep from.

Can anybody recommend a TD who uses bank transfer or PayPal for payment.

Don't want to use credit card as I have read about too many cases were credit card information was phished and then cards were charged multiple times. Not by any TD themselves but either by the companies in China processing the CC payment or by Chinese hackers intercepting the data.
