unable to log via Chromebook

i have a 1st gen ChromeBook by Acer circa 2013 and the latest ChromeBook by Acer circa 2018
get the same message on both nodes
no such issues with my Lenovo WinBook circa 2016 running FF (overweight/overpriced and under-performing)
i actually lost out on a AP sale because my browser couldn't connect me into RG
not a good look for someone who treats his iTrader profile as sacrosanct
please help if ya can

after that it doesn't work directly, not for me at least
i guess i'm gonna have to search for Repgeek in Google to get on here from now on
