Newbie Greetings from Austin, TX
Hello -- I have been lurking for a while, and I am ready to get my feet wet after following Rex's exploits and videos, and drooling over the different watches that are always floating around on the board.
My name is Aaron Carter, not to be confused with some Back Street Boy band group -- probably if any of you have teenage kids a few years back, the name might ring a bell.
However, I have a few questions, as I have been digging around the net, and inspired by watching Rex's work:
1.) I am inspired to tinker and pick the brains of the watch guys here, has anyone tried the online watch courses from Timezone.com -- aka Timezone Watch School?
2.) Sparta? OK -- I get it.. based after the movie, which I haven't seen...-- Maybe I need to see it...to 'get it' here?
3.) Geekbucks? I have looked all over, but I can't come up with anything on these..is it the currency to be used in the arcade?
Everything thing I have read/seen has been of a great brotherhood.
I am glad to be part of the pack.
