Hey all! Just seeing what I can learn here. I'm not sure I'll ever really make the plunge and actually buy a rep watch, but I'm slightly fascinated. I'm not sure what you want to know, but feel free to ask....

Well, it seems you would have lost that bet at the time, but mainly because I lost my browser windows. But I'm back and seriously looking at getting myself a rep Breitling, so hopefully I'll be hanging around a bit and figuring out where to buy and what the process & best practices are. If anyone wants to direct me to some things, I'm happy to listen, but I'll lurk and read and ask dumb questions on occasion.

Make sure you get the right TD website. There's a lot of websites that masquerade as TD stores, while in reality they're scam sites that rarely send anything in return. Often times these scam sites have wonky payment processors that get blocked by bank security systems. Payments fall through on trusted dealers' websites from time to time as well, it's pretty much normal in this hobby.

    Welcome aboard

Thank you. I'm checking the TDs' forums for links to websites. I'm pretty sure I'm on the actual TD's websites in most cases, and if any of them really sketch me out, I back out.
