Hello been looking around for a new watch and decided to join up here.

Looking for a nice watch to wear to work. I want something nice but not too flashy and not a Rolex, everyone will know or think its a replica. I sell cars and don't want something so flashy my customers think Im making a ton of money. LOL. Can anyone suggest something? Also Im going through Andrew unless someone suggests me going elsewhere. Thanks!!

hey sick, plenty of good guys around here. You want to visit the Panerai or Breitling section for a real mans watch. If you dig omegas, there is always the railmaster.

    Welcome.

I would agree with bigrednewton, the Railmaster is an understated timepiece and it will be good in your line of work. Successful, but not over the top. Just please don't buy the XXL. It's obnoxious.

Also, you might consider the TAG Monza or one of the Ferrari models. Put it on a rally stripe and you'd have something fitting for your profession.

From what I understand, Andrew is a very good dealer although I've never purchased from him. TTK is my guy.

Welcome sickc6. As you have noticed we are happy to have you here. I will throw my 2 cents in a recommend a Breitling Steel Fish, SFSO. A successful salesman could surely afford a gen but why when you can get one of the best reps out there.

Thanks yeah that watch is huge. LOl. I was going for a Tag Carrera but am leaning towards the UPO now.

Thanks! I can see this board is very active. I've only actually been selling cars for about a month. Prior I was very successful in the service side as a service writer. I just bought my vette so I'm recouping from that and might just buy a gen one day, but youre right why buy gen when you can get an awesome rep?
