Good taste or just poor judgement of what is good taste?
This watch stolen from Amir Khan. Is that a ruby I see on the tip of the chrono sweep seconds hand?
If you are going to have so many diamonds set like that, then at least have the dial and/or bezel made in white gold.

Against! To me it looks like something for someone with more money than (brains) taste.

Additionally, it’s worn under a cuff, so why bother?

Not something i would buy for myself.
I believe the second hand has just a red arrow without rubys.
I like the jeweller works, on a woman wrist (not this model) would be great as watch/jewels piece

Are you able to see chono hand!? Then you can actually use that function on the watch...

It's not good taste, not bad either - and it most certainly isn't average taste.

If I'd have this watch, I'd probably wear it from time to time, but would it be my favorite piece? Not really - even though I think diamonds & leather strap is an underused combo.

I almost hate diamonds coated cases, IMHO not necessary in a watch.
