I did, I reported it a couple days ago. Then today received a PM from that user again over another topic I posted in Wanted.

Ok interesting ,did you hit the report button or simply contacted one of my staff? You won't get him in trouble if it is one of my moderators... i'll be nice

I hit the report button on both PMs; so it's nobody's fault in particular.
