Greetings from California!
Born and raised in Chicago but currently residing in the Northern Central Valley of Cali (that’s a mouthful), I’m looking to get educated and eventually start building my own homage pieces. I found myself here the same way I did with shoes initially. My mother taught me to never beg someone to take your money and I refuse to play games to buy simple things like sneakers or a watch. To a certain extent I understand and believe in brand exclusivity, but some of the **** I’ve witnessed is unnecessary and turned me off from things I enjoy for a while. My parents both were watch wearers, so I’ve had a time piece of some sort since about 5 or 6. So in tribute to them, I’m taking it to another level. I currently have around 25 watches (Few favs include a Stuhrling Depthmaster and an Aragon Superjet VK73). So in short, in this day and age of digital everything, I respect the mechanics and engineering that goes into watch and clock making. I’ll land my plane there to avoid rambling.
