Typical TD experience?

Hi - new joiner and first time buyer, was wondering if my experience is typical using TDs.

Messaged the TD about whether they had a watch in stock and how long QC would be - responded right away saying it was in stock and QC 3-7 days..so I ordered the watch via website and made payment. As soon and payment was received - they said QC would be 5-15 days now. Waited 10 days and messaged TD again asking for status..TD responded saying new stock should come in 2-5 days.

Question I have, is this typical with TDs? Seems like they said the watch was in stock but really wasn't? Feel a little bait and switched.

Any updates? Did you end up getting your watch?
