My Bell-(& Ross)-issimo Find !
My first thoughts after finding this site were not to join the community and introduce myself, but to entertain my own gluttony and desire, and locate my own personal B & R Grail.
I've owned a number of (rubbish) reps, and on a trip to Thailand 3 years ago found a Big Crown Automatic Oris. A watch that normally retails for £500 but I got for 10% of that...and I was very happy...and then the bug bit and I accumulated a few other Reps. But the one watch I really wanted I found the day I found this site on the 25th Spetember through the dealer pages on Joshua's Perfect Clones...A BR 03-92. I ordered the 42mm Black PVD with white markers on rubber. It took me hours and hours of looking at the blue and orange and white before deciding...much to the amusement of my better half who preferred the Steel not PVD case anyway!
I got the 42mm because people took the p*ss out of the 42mm Panarai I had and another 4mm was too much. I say had because the Panerai bust 3 months ago...just after I'd spent £25 on a new Pam rubber deployment which doesn't fit anything else I have...YET !
So now I'm playing the waiting game for my B & R

Anyway...this probably isn't the appropriate place to ask these questions, but...if you please Gentlemen:
Q1. What do you think of the real Tourbillon movements...are they worth it at around $1000? Are they robust enough?
Q2. Do you ONLY discuss REP's. This may be a stupid question and I only ask becuase of the Seiko SK007. When looking for this watch I noted there were heaps of REP's for about £50. I also found however that although RRP was £200 you could get a brand new original for £100. This meant I could get a design classic (I've fitted a bond Rhino for added appeal) with a quality movement and a watch that would genuinely go down to 200M IF I made some fairly substancial changes to my bathtub (ITS ABOUT KNOWING IT CAN OK!) My point is that it is a classic and the original was only £50 more than the REP.
Well thats enough for now, back to the waiting game
