This issue has been visited before. While on it's face, it's a good idea, a couple of issues arise. After the sale is made of a certain watch and it is shipped to this holding house, who is responsible for it? the holding house or the original seller? also, if there are any problems with the watch once it's received, how is one to determine where the watch was damaged? There are too many variables in this idea to make it stand on it's own.
Instead, I offer another solution. Try asking the seller, via PM if they are willing to ship if you accept customs risk. Also, there is a higher shipping cost, so that has to be taken into account. I know that I have listed a couple of watches with shipping in CONUS, but have been asked via PM and have sold those watches to people overseas. All you have to do is ask sometimes, the worst they can say is no.
