if you mean which threads have new posts they are the ones with the open envelop icons. If you want the last 1o posted threads they are on the scrolling bar up top.

If this is not what you are looking for can you specify a bit.

I mean the "View new posts" link on the upper side of the window of RWG or TRC. I think it's very useful and I can't find it here

its right above next to the Upgrade to VIP. Your right though we should move it to the left so its the first option instead of User CP

Also, check ouut the Chat area. We hang out there as well too. Is a pretty cool chat box.
