I was about to buy a replica from an unknown site, when I happened upon this forum. Thank goodness! I've been reading and educating myself all day, what a great reference! Thanks to all.

I look forward to buying my first replica soon, and I'll be sure to share the details/pictures when I do.

Glad you didn't make the rush move on buying from those sites. All I can say is stay away from them. Look around here and you'll find loads of info on reps and everyone is really helpful.

Well, after much research and drooling, it appears that my initial wishlist is comprised of the following:

1. Panerai 111H
2. Omega Planet Ocean OR Omega Seamaster Prof.
3. Breitling Superocean

Does the quality/prices of these watches vary drastically between the dealers listed on this forum? Or do they basically carry the same models of reps?

Like they always say: choose the dealer then the watch...
The quality is more or less the same, however the prices do vary between dealers. But pretty much won't go wrong regardless of who you're going to make your purchase from.

I suggest you check out the Dealers' section if you haven't done so. Some of them have their websites where you can buy directly from there.
