What watch would you buy for $100?

    200?

I want to be able to modify mine with a durable movement, thoughts?

    Hi Andrew,
Another newbie here. Your question is reasonable but I'd suggest researching past posts thoroughly before expecting a good answer.

Look at all of the watch pictures on the various brand areas and decide on one that suits you, then read all of the posts that include that particular piece. Chances are very good that you'll find the answer but will also gain a wealth of knowledge that you wouldn't get otherwise.

    Prepare to be hooked!

just go to PWCs forum or look for WBK. There is a lot in that price range. I really liked the Omega Seamaster Professional from WBK for about 120 USD. No need to replace the mechanik. The 21J goes and goes and goes.

yeah josh has good reputation... also check out watcheden.
for 100$ you can get an PO with 21j movement... if you're looking for a rollie...then the day date II's are new and with 21j around 108$ and you can swap the movt. with a dg 4813 which has 28k beat...

for 200$ hmmm breitling SOH, omega UPO...

    depends what you're looking for!
