I don't like signatures that have misspelled words in them, either.

Franke -- Change "whit" to "with", capitalize the "i" in "im", and put an apostrophe between the "I" and "m" in "Im", and *then* we'll discuss changing the sales section format.

btw. the questionaire is just fine.

The only thing that "might" be usefull is the crystal material, ie sapphire, mineral glass, etc.

Ok, it´s updated. So please let me hear your comment on the salesform.
