I get no email when i get a new PM.
Anybody elese have the same problem?
And now the emails are not in the spam folder.
Maybe it has something to do with the problem that there is no title in the pm popup notification.

I think they are looking into the alert functions as there was a problem recently. Also the mods said they might have turned off some settings as default in the user options menu. Maybe check there if there is a setting tab for the alert. Otherwise I think you might have to wait for them to fix it.

Flash is correct I believe, admin are dealing with this issue presently.
the control pannel function might have been reset to default.
go to your control pannel(CP) and change your option to receive mails when you get a PM again.
Same here.
I have also stopped getting emails when there are new replies to threads I have subscribed to.

turn email notification off, save, then turn it back on and save. let me know if this works.

I've been having this issue since the geek went down... no emails when I get a pm... been in the CP and turned it off saved and turned it back on saved... still no emails... not a spam filter issue... I get all my emails from RWG though...

I have the same Problem....no PM notification, no thread subscription email.....donīt know what to do
Emails after pm are taking a short vacation, they will be back soon.
