Already hopelessly addicted!!

Hey everyone! Thought I'd introduce myself. My story is very similar to many here - I was almost sucked into a couple of the scam sites everyone is familiar with before coming across a thread on this forum. Once I found you guys, I somehow whittled away 9.5 hours straight two Sundays ago before taking the plunge and ordering my first rep, an Explorer 1.

I swear I was going to have someone show up at my house with as many times as I hit the EMS and USPS sites watching my package travel from China to TX (especially when it was in customs!) but finally it was the day for it to be delivered. I raced home after work only to find a card from the Post Office instead of my watch. Well, I drove to my local Post Office first thing this morning and picked up my watch. Out to the car and ripped open the package and I can't be happier with my purchase!!

As most of you can probably relate to when remembering your first purchase, I wasn't sure what to expect...I mean, who knew what would actually be in that package. This thing looks great, and now that I've successfully "tested the waters" I'm ready for, what else? My next rep!! Already having spent countless hours reading up on my options, I think I'll head on over to the Omega section and see get a second opinion. The knowledge of the members of this forum is incredible! I hope I can contribute in the future.

Long post to start out - I'll be more brief in the future. As you can tell, I'm still more than a little excited!!!

Yes I remember when I ordered my first watch...I was kinda
unsure what to expect. I finally pulled the trigger on one of
Josh's free shipping options just to try him out.

I thought I'd be a mug shelling out mega $$$'s for pants...
Sure enough 1 week later in the height of christmas pressure
this turns up at my door:

It's funny you say that. I don't think of myself as having very large wrists and was worried these automatic watches would look big on me, but I have to agree - I definitely need to get another one! Looking at some Omega Speedmasters right now!!!
