Well, first post is bit****g about a seller, sorry, hope it helps somebody....top10brands.com and one of many associates, replicastore.biz... who are NOT on the preferred sellers list...should have joined sooner. They are obvious dropshippers with zero quality control, as two of three reps were defective. They do have really good email communication, as they agreed the reps were defective and offered to compensate me with discounts on next purchase if I would have them repaired locally. Confusion ensued as I attempted to find out how much $$ this translated to, for compensation, but they kept translating it as discounts for volume purchases. By the time I found out I would only get $19 off the next single watch, the guarantee time period had run out for returns. I gratefully declined doing further business with them. As I said, they do have good email communication, the art of their business. Anyway, bottom line is top10brand.com played the runaround game and offered nothing but a standard discount in return for two defective reps. Beware and shop elsewhere.
