Trusted Dealers?

I'm flailing here. I've been hitting buttons right and left, but I can't find the Trusted Dealers List anywhere. I've found the scam list, but not whose a good dealer. Can anyone point me the way?

Not down, I has never been up. He has been working on getting it finished. In the meantime email is the only recourse. He is catching up to emails right now. Send him another one if its been a few days.
