Hello one and all. I'm a fairly new watch collector and so far I've bought 13 watches in under two months - all of them gens I bought a Tissot PRS 516, a Citizen eco-drive chron perpetual calender and a Tag Heuer F1 Carbon all in one day! Since then I've bought a Breitling Colt and a Tudor Prince in solid gold as well as a couple of Christopher Wards, an Orient and a Deep Blue as well as a few second hand watches off forums.

Now that makes me sound like I'm loaded and nothing could be further from the truth - some of them were bought with money set aside for a new car and the rest have gone on the credit card. I've seriously gone round the twist!

Wasn't all that interested in reps but found the forum when I was looking at how to spot "fakes" when buying my Breitling and I'm fascinated by what you guys do to these watches. Now seriously considering buying a rep so that I can also start modding as I'm too scared to mod a gen watch at several thousand pounds. So, enough for now, I'm off to brouse the sales forum....

Hope you'll all let me stay and learn?
