I am a new member and, having researched other members' posts/opinions, I elected to go to Silix-Prime to buy a watch.

Although, through no-ones' fault, the sale was not completed, I wanted to state that my experience of Silix-Prime was nothing but positive.
I commend Silix-Prime on its customer service, communication (prompt replies to my emails).

Silix-Prime was eager to supply a watch that I wanted and provided me with alternative options. Silix-Prime's QC photographs were clear and Silix-Prime provided additional information, pointing out any flaws that may or may not have been apparent, other than to the naked-eye. In this regard, Silix-Prime was not pushy rather keen to please - even if that meant the sale did not complete and which was, in this instance, the case.

The money I had paid-over, was refunded both fully and immediately without any quibbles.

I would go happily to Silix-Prime again and I should like to thank it for all its help and good customer-service.
