Hi there!

A total Newbie to the work of reps.

My brother is a big Panerai lover and he owns a couple of gens which I can only drool at. So I thought I'd look for replicas and I found RWG and this site.

There's just so much information to soak in. Half of the info were written many years ago, so the challenge is to see if the issue back then still exist today.

I'm set on getting a rep PAM 111 from the noobfactory but I just can't figure out if I should splurge now for a better ETA movement with incabloc - or just enjoy a much cheaper version, and upgrade later on?

Ahh the problems of a newbie.

Welcome to the forum. Go for the cheaper Asian clone movement is my advice. Or go for a closed case back model, like a 005 or 390.
