I asked the same question next door and it's going slow, I know you have at least one.

Agree! Nothing against cheap brands with good bang for the buck like Orient or Seiko, but Invicta makes me feel sick...

I had two that I acquired in the early days of my watch obsession. With the maturing and evolving of the collection, they soon became bottom drawer queens. One day, two of my nephews came over to admire my collection and, of all the watches I had at that time, took a shine to the two Invictas and the canary yellow watch boxes. I let the kids have the watches and they still think I'm the coolest uncle ever. Go figure.

This is a show your Invictas thread, not show your intense dislike for the brand. Keep it clean people. Posts not containing pictures or posts stating their displeasure on the brand will be deleted as there are already lots of those kinds of posts/threads.

Little background story: TD insisted as it´s a rep it´s normal to have rust and some oil on the subdials. I still did not want it So the TD just issued a full refund (took just 5 minutes) and told me to go buy a gen - which I did the same night - from Amazon, for a fraction of the cost; End good, all good - and the TD will see more business from me, just with another watch.
As for the waterproof Invicta - if only they had locked the main seconds hand at 12 instead of this always ticking (it was a quartz) - I would still have it.

I looked in the database of all the watches that are and have been in my collection..... and voila!:

Yes, I do give nicknames to some of my watches. I really miss the Invictas now....

I'm a fan of Invictas, they're OK watches for the price point.

Looks like this got abandoned due to the overwhelming popularity of the brand . I have 2 of them and still believe that the right watch at the right price that there are a few nice ones. The Signature Series was an impulse buy on a cruise a few years ago. It was very inexpensive so I got it. The Grand Diver I originally picked up from my local watch maker that I deal with, it had a blue dial (my weakness) and for only $50 I took it. The Grand Diver is an auto that uses the generic Seiko NH35A movement.

and they actually have some lume
