Default BPFF with swiss heart and waterproof - my keeper is back!

    Geeks,

today in the mail i got my BlancPain Fifty Fathoms back. Domi installed a swiss eta 2836-2 adjusted timekeeping to cosc standard and waterproofed it. So my keeper is born now.

Was this a direct replacement to the awful asian movement that these have.

No, the Asian movement worked pretty good. I had it since last year. One of the first ever BPFF i got back then. But powerreserve was pretty bad. I love the watch more than any other in my collection and desided to switch a swiss movement in to make it a keeper for me.

Was the Swiss movement a direct swap? Or did he have to modify something?
