Default Fairly new to the game.

So, I received my first order from WBK (Stan) and in my opinion it has been nothing but amazing. I probably sent a hundred emails and he has been patient and professional during the process.

Let's start off with the first watch I have ever purchased which was a sharper image watch about 20 years ago. Followed by my second watch a Festina that my wife bought me. Next up is a REP Rolex that I traded a buddy for. Next is a Seiko that I put a nato strap on, followed by the first REP that I purchased from a guy from work who was visiting China so I asked him to look for a seamaster. Next two I got while visiting NY in China Town. I replaced straps on two (Seiko and Tag) because of noise and weight issues (light and cheap).

The last 3 I just received from Stan and you can tell the quality improvement from the rest of the lot.

Love them all but really digging my last 3!

    Welcome!

Right!!??? ... that Zenith Bronze pilot, the Miligaus and the Panerai bronze ... pretty impressive! I have a Zenith pilot ... and that bronze just patina's over time .. very antique!

Imagine when I started in this hobby 2003-2006 ... the dark ages ... and I was impressed back then!

This forum and it's sister forums are truly more about watch knowledge, movements, details and more details .... what you learn here and from these guys here ... you will never learn on a GEN watch forum! The knowledge I learned here, made me a better student and when I started buying GEN watches, I knew the difference and I avoided any scams.

Thank you sir.....my wife is getting frustrated with me but this is cheaper than her once a month pedicures. I couldn't get rid of any of them including my first cheapies.

Oh holy cow - you have an awesome collection sir.

How are you liking the Milgauss? Which movement did you go with? I have a personal affinity for that watch... my first rep is the Oyster Perpetual 114300 JF Super Rep so I kind of feel like I need to diversify more before I buy another smooth bezel dress watch. I'm not even sure I'd call a Milgauss a full on dress watch- it's so freakin' hip... I haven't read a lot of threads about people frankening that watch - but I bet a gen crystal and gen set of hands would take care of it as those are the main tells I've read about on it. Could I trouble you for some more pictures of it?

Thank you and at first I wasnt too keen on the Milgauss but I wanted something silver with a blue face. It is now my favorite.

Great weight to it and such a clean design. According to WBK it has a Seiko VK movement. Very smooth.....

Let me know if you need anything else.

That side case profile picture just shows how sexy these watches really are. Electric blue dial (vs black) is the only way to go on these watches in my personal opinion. Also your SELs look nice and tight in their fit. I might have to pick one of these up soon... thanks for your time in getting extra pictures of this watch
