Hello and HELP Please regarding problem with PURETIME DEALER
I can't seem to login to the support forum so I'm going to post here.
I recently bought a $500 watch from one of the trusted dealers on here - PURETIME.
The watch lost an hour a day after two weeks and Puretime said to return it.
I returned it via a trusted carrier but the package is stuck in Chinese Customs and Puretime refuse to collect it as they say it will be confiscated as it is a replica.
I don't know what to do and I can't afford to lose that sort of money.
Puretime have been most unhelpful in this matter.
Any ideas what to do next?
