I just got an Submariner 116610LN Black Ceramic VRF 1:1 Best Edition Black Dial On SS Bracelet A2836 from Ryan at the Intimewatch.

When adjusting the brachelet I noticed that the tread for one link could not be screwsd all in, but just rotated.

Is this usual?
Can I complain about this ?

Its my first watch so just checking ...

Hi mate.. it is an usual issue on reps, threads and material are low quality, so if you tighten too much the screw it breaks the thread on the bracelet link. It’s enough to use another link or put a little loctite or superglue in the thread before tightening the screw!
