I enjoy reading the arguments for and against the use of PP "gift" payments.

To those of you who claim that "it's only 3% more" to pay as a regular PP payment, I can't help but wonder if you would make an offer that was "only 3% lower" than the advertised sale price to save yourself a few bucks.
