Hey. Don't worry I've dealt with Henry for over 5 years now and he's always stood behind his product. I've only ever had 1 broken watch with him which I shipped back and got it fixed free of charge. He'll take care of you, don't worry. Did you manually wind the watch a lot? This could've caused the movement to break.
