Tons of comments? Where? On YouTube? If so, i'll just leave that without a comment, there is not a single place on the internet that attracts more imbeciles than YouTube's comment section.

And by the way the diamonds are often the cheapest part of all these watches. The flashiest as well, but those mostly minuscule stones aren't worth much, it's the work and setting which costs money and you can't fake that, unless you'd just glue the damn diamonds.
Then again, someone on YouTube must have claimed just that:
