Hi Tony, welcome to RG.

What you are looking for is a BP (name of the factory) Two-tone Datejust II. You want the one with either the 2836 movement or the more expensive SH3135 movement (which is a copy of the genuine Rolex movement. The second is more expensive, however.

These can be obtained from any of the trusted dealers (TD's) that are approved by this forum. I've used Andrew (Trustytimes), Toro (Torobravo), and Angus (Puretime), with each one providing excellent service.

Select one, go to their website, and browse the section on Datejust IIs to find the one you want. When you do, send them an email to see if they can get it for you (they don't usually carry these in stock, but go to the factory to pick it up when a customer places an order and pays for it).

Once you pay fir the watch, they will send you QC pics of it to get your approval. When approved, they'll send it to you, and you should have it in a week or two. If the watch has crooked parts, or parts missing, you can reject that watch and ask them to source another one for you. But they will need a good reason why you are rejecting it. But remember, these are not genuine Rolexes so you cannot expect perfection. But you can expect a watch that looks decent.

Best of luck, and post some pics when your watch arrives.
