Yes. Sort of. I belive if you get more then 1 feedback from a particular person it will count on your total feedback but not feedbck score. For example I have 54 pos feedback but a total of app 58 feedback responses (all positive) but have multiple feedback from one person

Yup .. exactly like Ebay's feedback system.

If you bought 12 watches from the same person 12 times your score would not be +12, 12 times.
