FN-FAL SLR (L1A1)? Still in service!!
Christ! Mad Mike Hoare was using them in the Congo in the 60s.
Got rid of my last one in Angola, then when with the AK and the R4 ( Galil copy)

She's Belgian and brand new right out of the cosmoloine as of 2004.

We're allowed quite a bit of latitude when it comes to weapons and I love the FAL. 7.62 NATO has quite a bit more authority than the 7.62x39 and 5.56. When I shoot something I prefer it to STAY shot. Love the R4 though- Galil for people over 5'5"

me a few months ago playing with my then-new camera (I've since traded it for another); the watch is a gen datejust. probably the watch i'd keep if i could only have one.

yep, it's a gen (look at my post that you quoted!

).. datejust w/ rhodium roman dial. had it for a couple years now and still wear it pretty frequently, at least to work. classic watch, probably my favorite all-around.

haha 23, we have been together 7 years. I am already done school and a certified designer for a utility up here. I also work part time at an AD for the discount (which up until today I have never used). The wife is getting her masters at university so I need all the help I can get on my toys.

For 23 I am a 30 year old.

yup, but nothing that we carry. I would never wear a knock off there. Most of the staff has knock off watches, bags, or sunglasses so it isn't very hostile.

Now if I tried to send my watches away for repair it would be different.
