I'll admit it! Missed ya, Poshy. But, is 3000 sq ft the actual line of demarcation for a McMansion? I just thought it was a big-a$$ house! Anyway, it was for the kids and the now ex-wife. Honest.

Well, however you justify it, Hypo. I suspect that the kids (maybe not the ex-wife) would've loved you in any size house, even if it was smaller.
