    That is what they're called in Great Britain. Here in the states everyone calls them bugeyes.

    Welcome driver,

    I owned a 1959 TR3 back in the early 70's. Fun car but the Lucas electrical system really sucked. I'll never forget the night me and a buddy ended up stuck in the middle of nowhere while on the way to Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Slowly watched as the headlights got dimmer and dimmer. Spent the night fighting off bugs and misquitos.
