All name I used to use in some RPG's I played. It sounded like a far off constellation.
Simply two of my favorite things: watches and dogs. As for the 21, just a favorite number since I only have 8 dogs and well over 21 watches
Guess my alias comes from reading a lot of italian military history some years back - and for having a slight tendency to appreciate good conspiracy theories

Its purpose was to prepare for, and implement, armed resistance in the event of a Warsaw Pact invasion and conquest. The name Gladio is the Italian form of gladius, a type of Roman shortsword. Stay-behind operations were prepared in many NATO member countries, and some neutral countries."
Gladio worked with the so called "strategy of tension" and are believed to be responsible for several terrorist attacks during the cold war - all which were blamed on communists. There are also suspicions (conspiracy theories?) about Gladio being responsible for the assassination of Swedish Prime minister Palme in 1986.
