    Default Hello from DFW, TX

I don't know much about replica watches, but i'm very interested to learn.

Looking to pickup a rep rolex, something dark, either black or a dark grey, preferably with no chrono or date (not sure if such a thing exists).

Looking to get a rep Cartier Tank Americano for my wife since she works in a pretty bad school and there is no way i'm getting her a $2k-3k watch to wear daily.

Hey Curt- hit the Rolex section here. There is a TON of info down there.

If you decide to buy form one of our Trusted Dealers let me know beforehand. DFW Customs is a cast iron SOB and is known for seizures of rep watches. I act as a kind of forwarding service here for guys in Texas and Florida

BTW a non-chrono no date Rollie that is pretty spot on is the Explorer and most of our Trusted Dealers have them in stock

Wait a minute! You're from DFW?

That would be the airport Customs agency that steals more replica watches in the USA than any other airport.

    Hey Curt,

Welcome, sounds like your in a not so rep friendly place, but I can see your in already in good hands. This place is really something special.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with the Rolex line, I'm guessing you want a watch that isn't as dressy and carries more of a rugged look to it. We often refer to this style as "tool" watches; they tend to have slightly chunkier robust qualities about them.

    I'll make two suggestions...

    Rolex Explorer 1

Rolex has recently, ever so slightly grown almost all of their models. The new Explorer I is a 39mm case, this size is generally the starting point for mens watches. The design is understated but quite balanced, it's really all a watch needs to be. Realize that there is no date, a deal breaker for many. Super versatile, it will look good with anything you wear.

rep version: ROLEX EXPLORER I 2010 SS SWISS
The rep version cost aroud $230. There are serveral what are considered flaws. Improper lume color, improper dial color (black, not matte black), even the case is slightly off from the genuine counterpart. These are all flaws that in all honestly will only be noticed by those on this board, an informed Explorer I owner and an employee who works at an authorized dealer.

There is a newer version out with some corrections but I suggested the 2010 version because it is made with a fairly reliable eta automatic movement. It is a rep that has no glaring flaws, a watch that if properly maintained will last. If you like the design, it's a watch that will give you a good feel for reps...I would say above average in accuracy.

My second suggestion is the Rolex Submariner 16610. Perhaps the most recognizable, and most copied design in homage and rep form.

    rep version: bk TW sub
This is one of the best replicated sub you can currently buy. It costs twice as much as the previously mentioned rep but it is so accurate that genuine parts can be used on the watch. There is a wait for one but the seller, the service and the product are of the highest quality.

Here's where it gets crazy...there are a ton of other designs you may like from Breitling, Omega, IWC, Sinn, Hublot, Ulysse Nardin, etc, etc...and there is a wide range of prices as well as accuracy. It seems like safely purchasing a couple reps and getting it on you and your wife's wrist may require a little help but is looks like SFA437 has got you covered.

    WELCOME, see ya around

Welcome! I am about 4 hours from DFW - the first advice I got here was to stick to the American based dealers. I have had very good transactions with Sead and WBK - in fact i have never bought anything over the internet and had it in my hands as fast as a WBK watch!

You have definitely come to the right place. The community here is among the best I have ever encountered and these guys know their stuff. Enjoy your new addiction!

Thanks for all the info guys. I was looking at prestige watch company because he had some pretty sick deals on combos, but you're saying i'm probably SOL going through Dallas Customs?

Do they just open packages at will and steal stuff???

I actually already have a replica rolex ym that I bought on canal street in NYC. It's automatic movement and everything, but after looking at reps on here...it makes it look even faker, haha.

I found this one posted on another site:

With no date and it looks like a combination of the vintage no-date submariners that i have seen on a few sites but with white hour markers instead of the yellowish tint i've seen on others.
