Spend some time in there and do alot of reading and asking questions. There is alot of ground to cover and you will find out the preferred dealers there.
As far as Seadwellers, there are two types..vintage or modern. Vintage can be had and modded or even built from the ground up using alot of genuine parts. Modern unfortunatly the best version was discontinued a long time ago but they do pop up used in the member sales sections and are referred to as SSD or Super Sea Dweller. The SSD can be modded to be even better with a few gen parts also.
There is a ton of info here, and many questions are common and have been answered a thousand times...so the search function is suggested.
