Introduction, new to reps

Hi All,

I'm new here and a Breitling fan. Been reading a lot before introducing myself, so hi all! Lots of great info here, I'm amazed.

Looking to buy my first rep soon. Eyeing a Skyland Avenger (should I go for a V2 or V3?) or a Bentley (is the 6.75 closer to 1:1 than the Bentley Motors?)

Better in the future to post your Brietling question in the Breitling subforum, but I am familair with the reps of the brand.

The Skyland Avenger I highly recommend.
Great rep and not very expensive for what it has inside.

I would start with that one, if you are the patient type though I do suspect there will be an Avenger (not Super) rep coming in the months (not sure if that means 1 month or 12 months) that would in a sense replace the Skyland Avenger.
Breitling no longer makes the Skyland Avenger and replaced it with the Avenger.

As far as V2 vs. V3 it is likely you won't have a choice. I think only one is currently sold as new from the dealers, so unless you are thinking used there are not options. Dealers may show multiple versions on their sites as available even though they are not. This seems to be quite common with Breitling reps.

The Bentley rep's are not of the same quality level.
Of the Bentley models, the 6.75 big date is better than the Bentley Motors, they all have more flaws than the Avenger series options though and of all the Breitling reps they rate near the bottom in terms of accuracy.
In gen form they are more expensive though so I think it would make sense the more costly the gen the more difficult to make a $300 version.
