It seems that a new scammer (from ISRAEL) had infiltrated into the forums and ripped many good traders off their money.

Well, I don't think, that in this case it is wrong to post the scammers personal information. It could help idenify him on other boards or with other nicknames.
So it would help the community, but first, people need to be sure, that he is a scammer and then it needs to be sorted out.
