I'd use USPS Priority International. You'll get tracking for the buyer (real tracking, not just a customs number), and it's the least expensive USPS option. 6-10 business days ETA

I'd say don't use priority shipping. More likely to have custom issues

i'm not sure if tracking works with USPS Priority once it goes international
... unless there was a change over the holidays ?

other than that, hard box the watch and shove the box in a plain PAPER envelope, then pay for standard EMS at your local PO

DO NOT use a plastic envelope as they won't allow it as per Registered Post rules
so many watches, so little time ... even less money !

USPS Priority tracking works internationally. From sender to receiver.

I prefer USPS Priority, but USPS now offers tracking for First Class packages to certain countries.
    UK is one of them.
If the buyer is looking to save a couple of bucks this is the first option.
I had a Gen Sinn U1 lost by registered mail.
I got a total of $40 back after they admitted that it was "lost" between the flight from Los Angeles to Frankfurt.
