    Default Hello from Turkey

I've been a member for a few days now and I though I would say hi own some gens and reps. I am an engineer. It's scary to see how far Chinese watchmaking gone through in the last few years, I think I will be almost impossible to see the difference between a gen and a rep with no mod in the immediate future

I am mainly into Rolex, Breitling and Audemars Piguet

Welcome but I don't think the rep factories will ever make a true 1:1. There would never be a 'next version'!

Good point, though I suspect the cosmetic appearances will indeed get better, though the movements will not improve that much. I'm hoping that the outer shell will get to a point of accuracy that we can then put in a nice Swiss movement - or BK can.
