Question about posting pics

Well, I finally figured out how to get my pictures to appear as thumbnails in my posts, but how do you guys get those big beautiful pics to come up?

Well, I finally figured out how to get my pictures to appear as thumbnails in my posts, but how do you guys get those big beautiful pics to come up?

1. http://imageshack.us/
2.click "browse"
3. select the picture on your computer you want to upload
4. click on "resize" and put the option 640x480
5. click "host it"
6. copy the last line on the page "direct link to image"
7. in the post you are writing, click in the line near the link button the icon/button "insert image"
8. paste in the line the link you have copied from "direct link to image"
9. repeat the procedure for every photo you want to upload

Hope I have written it so it's clear for you how to do it...

Wow, I had no idea it was so involved. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks guys, the 2 methods look totally different, but I should get it figured out with the help.

Once you have the account set up, its very easy and worth it...

2 seconds to re-size and post/upload/download pics.

oeps all the files are about 175-400 kb which I want to post, need some help here, want to upload them from my pc, not from photobucket..

You can open them up in MSpaint and resave them. MS paint will resize them for you.
