ello - that reminds me of that old British comedy show Ello, Ello about the French resistance is WWII. Stupid but funny.

Anyway, sorry to wander, welcome to RG.

i got ello from seinfeld. they said it all long.

thanks for the warm welcome. i think i am going to get narikaas PO.

but after seeing some modded po i think i am leaning toward that. i just spent the last hour reading about all the mods. so for, 800 i can get something that is almost indistingushable from a 3500 watch? sign me up!

i have a 6.75 wrist, so i am now thinking about the big one. this is great site. thanks again for the welcome.

well if you are talking about a po then maybe...

the 42mm version can even fit the gen bezel, which
won't work on most 45mm version.

gen dial, hands, crown/tube will cost total of $350 plus

almost $300 for the Swiss version of the watch and you will
have a niceeee watch there. Just make sure to epoxy/grease the He
    valve.

thanks for the advice. i am an engineer (student) and I think I will be doing the mods myself. i have a nice little set up, and just need to get the watch parts. i am thinking swiss, with all gen parts except the bezel. i will try some ebay variations before throwing in 200+ for the gen, however the pictures indicate the crystal and dial are a must.

thanks for the advice, and i will make sure to expoxy the hell out of that he valve.
