Another Aussie...north coast NSW

Hi all
Another Aussie here who has just joined up. What a find this forum is! I have wanted to go for some reps for a long time but was very wary, and for good reasons it turns out after reading here! So after a couple of days research I have an IWC on the way from Mrs King and am talking to Andrew about an Ocean Planet maybe with some mods. I am going to be interested to see how these go with Oz customs (anybody got insights on this?).

I'm looking forward to these, and will post some pics.

Welcome mate, have ordered varous reps from China, Thailand etc, no customs issues to date.
Enjoy the forum, Planet Ocean is a nice choice to start off with.

Make sure you check out the rep trade area as well. No issues with the watches being sent. Most dealers know how to write them up so they don't attract attention.

BTW - Aussie custom is to become a VIP after 1 month...

Zero problems with Aussie customs as long as you dont import more than one of the same watch (commercial importing)

Another member for the aussie family

No problems for me either with imports, the tax thresholds are quite high here for duty free imports (AU$1000) so the value isn't an issue (even for most gens) and they're far more interested in finding seeds , nuts and drugs (actually in that order

) so individual watches just sail on through.

I got my reps from Josh, he's sort of like a siamese twin to Andrew but has a slightly larger selection on his site and his service sets that standard that others fail to reach.
