RG Member Using Me As A Reference
On Friday, 2 November 2018, I received the below PM from a new RG member:

I did not include the name and RG ID of the new RG member.
Does someone who registers as a new RG member need to use the tag name of an existing RG member as a reference to become a member of RG? If that is true, how does a RG member like me become aware that a new RG member used my RG user tag name for a reference to join RG.
