Exiting a car : I refer you to a scene in " The Group " ( 1966 ) where Candace Bergen orders the cab to stop and gets away pronto from her poisonous college roomates. Straight skirt, knees together, fling the legs out the door while pivoting on your ass...quite a trick but very imperious and lady-like and engraved upon my memory.

While that sounds like that would work for a cab, and I know that movement from exciting SUVs, it would NOT work in a Diablo. My friend basically had to lift me out in one swoop. If I was wearing jeans or slacks, i would have been fine. It's like sitting in a snug coffin.

Thanks, D. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I managed to get a recharge that invigorated before winter. I'll be due again next year.

I do have rep watches. I have two replicas and two genuines. I'm very picky about watches I would wear. But I love watches as much as anyone else around here. I mean, I do talk about them. I just talk about other stuff too!

And yes, I attack everything with gusto. The new millenium really demands it. I'm Superwoman!
